Rainy day meditation
Have you ever experienced a day when there are blue skies above, and yet it's raining buckets? Clouds refer to the mind and bridge between the Heavens and us. Therefore, a simple exercise is to peer between the clouds, until we are able to see the brilliance of these Heavens and experience the blessings that our Creator is raining down on us. It is incredible. By acknowledging the Creator within this natural phenomenon, we are thereby able to see between the cloudiness of our own minds, and acknowledge our blessings in this wonderful Creation.
Meditations:
What am I suppressing? It is essential to release in order to bless all surroundings. Water is double sided; too little or too much offer drastically different, and often dismal consequences.
What am I nurturing? As I nurture, so too do I harvest my fortune and my destiny. I am surrounded by all I need in my 'now space', and thus I need not worry nor stress about tomorrow is bringing. I have the courage to be my own person, as I am a part of Creation, and thereby and only through this reality, am I perceived as my own Creator of my now. Free Will. Minute by minute, moment to moment, we are all granted choices.
From the iChing Kaui: By realizing we are part of this dynamic cycle of Creation, we understand that this includes being decisive and fair, thereby identifying the 'needs' and sensitivities of others. For it is only then that we can truly succeed.
Success requires strength and determination, not anger, or frustration, but a constructive release of any form of tension allows for a healthy flow, thereby nurturing your inner self as well as your surroundings.
The more I meditate on this, the more resolute I become on decision-making, realizing that Victory is actually mine for the taking. Man made articles cannot stop me.
Sacred Scripture:
I give thanks to the Lord, for He is good, and His mercy endures forever.
Who can utter the mighty acts of the Lord?
Who can declare all His praise?
